Editorial Guideline

Fashion Editorials truly defines the brand and their products. TOP Studios work with our Clients to combine visual aesthetics, lifestyle, fashion trends, and story telling together and create a compelling story for each garment .

  1. Concept Development
    This is a crucial part of the process, as we discuss and brainstorm on the direction we would like to go on how we want to tell your story (ex. playful, colorful, moody, chic, etc)

  2. Research & Inspiration
    Together, we will gather inspiration and create a mood board that compiles your ideas (ex: color schemes, textures, styling elements, props, etc).

  3. Pre-Production
    From location, to model scouting, hair and makeup, we will arrange all the important details for your shoot so that the whole process runs smoothly. We will also do complimentary test shoots with new models that you have not worked with to ensure the models image suits the brand.

  4. Test Shoot
    We provide one free test shoot to see if the model, your brand, and our brand is a match. You must provide at least 5 pieces of clothing and drop it off at our studio. Photos from the test shoot can not be used for advertising purposes.

  5. Production

    We will reference our mood board and direct the photoshoot so that all elements we discussed pre production are met.

  6. Post-production

    We select the best images that best suit your brand and your concept. Then we will enhance the images by adjusting the color, contrast, and overall visual impact. We ensure that there is a cohesive flow from ome image to the next.
